Once we've answered any questions you may have and you're ready to move forward, we'll then go through these 5 simple steps:
1. Measurements and Quote
Based on the measurements you provide over the phone or through our Quote Request form, we'll provide a quotation for you to review.
2. Proposal Approval
We'll work with you to answer any questions you may have about the quotation, and once you're comfortable, you'll provide your signed approval.
A 50% deposit is due at signing. Once payment is received by either check or credit card we will call to schedule a final measurement appointment.

Credit card payments can be taken over the phone or in person, and both require a 3.5% credit card fee to be charged at the time of payment.
3. Final Measurements and Selections Appointment (At your location)
At this appointment, you will select your mesh type, and color choice for all screens being installed.
Standard mesh and a standard signature color is included in the proposal price. Should the color option, mesh type, or measurements taken on-site affect the price of your screens, the customer will be responsible for any additional charges.
4. Final 50% Payment
After your final measurements have been taken and all other options have solidified the cost of your screens, the second 50% payment will be due before we are able to submit your order.
This is a product of Canada - orders cannot be stopped once they have been submitted. You will be informed of lead time on your screens, and once they have been delivered a representative will call you to schedule your installation.
5. Installation
At the appointed time, we'll come to your location and install your Phantom Screens. You'll receive expert training on how to maintain your new screens moving forward, and answer any other questions you may have.
You'll then get to fully enjoy your Phantom Screens for years to come!
Note: The process for installing motorized screens or larger projects may change due to the nature of these types projects, but we'll be here to walk you through every step of the way.
